Part of a project we are currently letting cure before applying an exterior tile grout. It is extremely important to allow the cement under the pavers to dry enough so it does not discolour or cause issues with the wet grout as it is applied.
Further pictures to be added at the end of the week when we plan to grout.

Cutting porcelain is a big part of the job and needs to be done correctly.
We use cutting tables to give a smooth, accurate cut. Here we have Colin showing how several passes are used, this reduces the risk of the paver cracking and also helps in reducing the likelihood of chipping along the cut edge.
The machine itself is a cutting table from Golz with the blades being a continuous rim 350mm diamond. The water feed on the cutting table keeps the blade cool and the cut clear of the porcelain ‘dust’ that is produced when cutting.
